Taylor Willingham is an experienced estate planning and probate attorney located in McKinney, Texas. He is the founder of The Willingham Law Firm, PC, and creator of Posterity Planning. His firm focuses exclusively on probate, elder law, and estate planning to assist its clients with their testamentary and incapacity planning. A significant part of incapacity planning is assisting a client with Medicaid planning and helping veterans apply for aid and attendance.

Prior to forming the Willingham Law Firm, Mr. Taylor Willingham worked for Tombs & Maxwell, PLLC in Lubbock, Texas, where he worked as an estate planning and probate law clerk for the firm. In 2009, Mr. Willingham joined Davis & Associates focusing on international estate planning and business formation. He helped international clients invest in the United States and protect their assets.

Mr. Willingham enjoys creating a legacy for people to be remembered. Not only does Mr. Willingham focus on the transfer of one’s estate, but also on preserving assets for their loved ones. Posterity planning is the process of protecting one’s assets for their posterity.

Jamie has demonstrated the extraordinary ability to lead our team and was pivotal in transitioning WG Title to an independent agency. Jamie began her career in the title insurance industry back in 2013 and has been with WG Title since 2019.

Jamie’s years of escrow training and title-specific education have proven invaluable for our company’s success. She entered the title industry with prior experience teaching in a North Texas Montessori academy. She often draws on her classroom experience to educate our staff, effectively and efficiently communicate with clients regarding the title process and oversee additional administrative responsibilities. Jamie strives to resolve issues that typically prevent a transaction from settlement, especially the difficult situations that other companies could not close.

Jamie attended Collin College. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter and two puppies.

Michael Adams was raised in East Texas and title services have run in the family. Michael was involved in the title business in his early teens running title index cards in a title plant and courthouse and pulling documents from a microfiche machines and courthouse record books as a part time job during the summer months.

Michael is a rare combination of efficiency and excellence in the field of title insurance. His career began full time career working in a Safeco Title Plant in 1997 where he learned to search and examine title which quickly developed into a position as an Escrow Assistant. Michael’s experience and dedication to excellence over time developed into a position as an Escrow Officer, a position in which he has excelled for over 20 years now. He has provided service to countless commercial and residential clients and is consistently known for his quality service, attentional to detail and ability to take on complicated projects.

In January of 2013 Michael joined Willingham Title, LLC as a critical member of the team. He helped develop our Fee attorney office into WG Title as a Texas Title Agency working with TDI and major underwriters like Fidelity and Westcor. He continues to manage the office by keeping an eye on all things needed in such a demanding and ever changing business and working with auditors and accounting to keep clients on track to close.

Rachelle began her professional career at the age of nineteen, working in the legal field before her transition to title in 2016. Rachelle started as an Escrow Assistant when WG Title was first recognized as a fee attorney office. Rachelle’s experience and ability to close files with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail have elevated her to her current position.

Rachelle has always had a passion for real estate and working with numbers. Naturally, title provides her the opportunity to live in both worlds at once. She was raised in a family focused on buying and selling real estate and has been immersed in real property transactions for most of her life. She is committed to helping WG Title become the best title company in the DFW area.

Rachelle is an avid billiards player, climbing the national rankings with tournament victories in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and locally in Dallas. Rachelle graduated from McKinney High School, where she participated in gymnastics and cheerleading, while excelling in mathematics.

Katherine brings a proven and successful marketing career as a former brand manager with Whole Foods, where she tirelessly promoted the WFM brand. Katherine has been with WG Title for the past two years, primarily as an office manager. Katherine has been strategically positioned as our marketing specialist where we can leverage her knowledge, experience, and creative skills to further serve the needs of our clients.

Katherine thrives in the fast-paced world of title and real estate transactions. Her favorite part of working at WG Title is the daily interactions with co-workers, where there is never a dull moment. Additionally, Katherine enjoys the opportunity of meeting new people regularly and expanding her network.

Katherine was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she studied Art at Louisiana State University. Katherine’s interests and hobbies including Lettering and calligraphy, painting, entertaining friends and family, being outdoors, and discovering all the best places to eat around town. Katherine and her family currently live in McKinney and have called Texas home for the past thirty years.

Emily joined WG Title in 2020 and started her career in the title insurance industry. She has quickly excelled at her position and is able to handle the stressful work load of funding files with speed and accuracy. We are proud to have her as part of the WG Title team. Emily brings an excellent attitude each day with the desire to meet new challenges head on. She is astutely observant of details and has helped our team close hundreds of transactions since joining the company.

When she is not at work, Emily can be found chasing her two young sons around or gardening to find some peace and relaxation.
