Texas FSBO contract guide · TREC 20-19

Walk the Texas resale contract on your own device.

Walk all 12 pages of the official TREC 20-19 resale contract, separate facts from negotiated and attorney-only terms, then download an editable PDF without sending the draft to a server.

Read this before entering anything.

TREC makes its contract forms available for public use, but says they are primarily intended for trained license holders. TREC warns that a mistake may cause financial loss or an unenforceable contract and that a person using the form assumes the associated risk.

This tool explains fields and places your entries on the official PDF. It does not advise what terms to accept, generate Paragraph 11 language, supply addenda, provide e-signatures or determine enforceability.

“Use WG Title for title and escrow” is always unchecked. If you affirmatively select it after the eligibility check, the form uses WG Title and 7701 Eldorado Pkwy Ste. 200, McKinney, Texas 75070. Jamie Ellis is shown in the workspace as the escrow contact, not inserted into a company-only contract field.

First: is TREC 20-19 the right form?

This builder supports only a Texas resale of a one-to-four-family property. Selecting an unsupported transaction stops the wizard.

Property / transaction type
The 12-page wizard remains locked.

Select a supported one-to-four-family resale above. Unsupported answers intentionally stop here.

WG Title remains neutral.

Selecting WG Title in the builder is optional and unchecked by default. WG Title provides title and escrow services, not legal representation. WG Law and WG Title are independently operated companies; contacting one does not engage the other.
