Information you provide
If you contact WG Title by phone, text, email or the website inquiry form, the company may use the information you provide to respond, evaluate a requested service and administer a transaction. Inquiry-form submissions are securely stored and routed to the WG Title team through the company's customer relationship system, and emailed directly to the WG Title team.
A submission may include your contact information, role, requested service, property address, message and basic referral or campaign information associated with the page you visited. WG Title retains inquiry information for its business, service, recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Maximize Your Sell reports and room photos
If you complete a Maximize Your Sell report, WG Title stores the answers you give about the property, your timing, your plan for selling and the written results generated for you, together with your contact information and basic referral or campaign information. Those reports are routed to the WG Title team the same way inquiry-form submissions are.
Photographs you upload to the Rate Your Room feature are sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider for analysis and are held only for the length of that request. WG Title does not store the photographs you upload. Only the written score and recommendations produced from a photo are kept, and only if you choose to send the finished report to the WG Title team. Do not upload photographs containing documents, identification or anything you would not want reviewed.
A Maximize Your Sell report is a planning tool. It is not an appraisal, a home inspection, a title commitment or advice about what to pay a real estate broker.
Website operation
Hosting and security providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry form uses a one-way privacy-preserving request fingerprint to limit automated abuse; the form does not store the submitting IP address in the inquiry record. WG Title does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Public-site analytics
WG Title uses Google Analytics 4 on its public marketing pages to understand visits, broad traffic sources, approximate geographic area, browser and device characteristics, page-to-page and outbound navigation, file downloads, form starts and submit attempts, scroll milestones, and interactions with tools and calls to action. Link reporting uses public page paths or an external domain—not the destination query string. Scroll depth is recorded only at 25%, 50%, 75% and 90%. Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits. Google may process an IP address while deriving approximate location, but Google Analytics does not log or retain that IP address.
Analytics is not loaded on sign-in, magic-link verification, customer-dashboard or API routes. WG Title does not send form field values or contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, uploaded photographs or internal lead reference numbers to Google Analytics. A form event identifies only the public form and whether it was started or submitted. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
User- and event-level analytics data is configured for a 14-month retention period. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
